Bristow & Sons was a small company producing soliflore perfumes such as rose, violet, and wallflower. Wallflower is quintessentially English, and every English garden has some planted for their beautiful sweet scent.
Nothing remains about this company to be found. Perfume Intelligence does list some of the beautiful scents they made.
Possible top notes are Bergamot, Wallflower, Jasmine, Gardenia, Mandarin, Tuberose.
Heart notes might include Vanilla, Sweet Pea, Elemi, Tonka Bean
Base notes could be Sandalwood, Patchouli, Vetiver
I am guessing this is a very pure, delightful floral. The beautiful carved crystal bottle is in lovely condition, the baudrouche and ribbon are still in tact, as are the gold foil labels. It is quite irresistible! I consider this a little treasure!
